Payment Terms

These Payment Terms describe how billing and online payments work when you use CleanQuote AI to invoice your customers.

All online card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, process, or store full card numbers. Your and your customers’ use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

Quote and invoice amounts are set by the cleaning business, not by us. Amounts are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Any processing fee figures shown in the app (for example a default estimate of 2.9% + $0.30 per card charge) are estimates for your convenience. Actual fees are determined by Stripe and may differ. Net payout figures are estimates only.

Prices do not include taxes unless the business states so. Each business is solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax or other taxes.

By submitting payment for an invoice, the payer authorizes the charge of the stated amount to their chosen payment method through Stripe.

Failed payments, disputes, and chargebacks are handled through Stripe. The cleaning business is responsible for responding to disputes relating to its own services. We are not a party to the transaction between a business and its customer.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are issued at the discretion of the cleaning business.
