Welcome to CleanQuote AI (the "Service"), accessible at quoteitclean.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Security & Data Handling Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CleanQuote AI is a software tool that helps house cleaning businesses create customer profiles, generate AI-assisted cleaning quotes, produce invoices, accept online payments, and send documents by email. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Quotes, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and duration estimates produced by the Service are generated with automated and artificial-intelligence tools. They are estimates only and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any quote, price, or document before sending it to your customers or relying on it.

Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. See our Payment Terms for details. You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to your services; the Service does not calculate or handle taxes for you.

You retain ownership of information you enter, including your customers’ names, contact details, and job information ("Your Content"). You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the rights and consents needed to enter and process personal information about your customers. Where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement governs this data.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and AI providers (quote generation). We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanQuote AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
